GREATER FAMILY HEALTH IS A JOINT COMMISSION-ACCREDITED, PRIMARY CARE MEDICAL HOME-CERTIFIED FEDERALLY QUALIFIED HEALTH CENTER PROVIDING COMPREHENSIVE ACCESS TO HIGH-QUALITY, AFFORDABLE AND INTEGRATED HEALTH CARE IN THE SPECIALTIES OF FAMILY PRACTICE, PEDIATRICS, OBSTETRICS & GYNECOLOGY, ORAL HEALTH AND BEHAVIORAL HEALTH. THROUGH 11 HEALTH CENTERS LOCATED IN THE COMMUNITIES OF DEKALB, ELGIN, FRANKLIN PARK, HANOVER PARK, MCHENRY, PALATINE, STREAMWOOD, SYCAMORE AND WHEELING, GREATER FAMILY HEALTH WAS ABLE TO PROVIDE CARE TO 58,831 PATIENTS THROUGH 189,026 VISITS DURING THE 12-MONTH PERIOD ENDING JUNE 30, 2022.
