WOMEN OF EXCELLENCE EXECUTIVE ALLIANCE'S WOMEN OF EXCELLENCE LUNCHEON DRAWS OVER 1,000 BUSINESS LEADERS TO HEAR THE INSIGHT AND PERSPECTIVE OF OUTSTANDING WOMEN - FROM THE LATE LADY MARGARET THATCHER TO ARIANNA HUFFINGTON. DURING OUR ANNUAL LUNCHEON, ATTENDEES RECEIVE INFORMATION THAT HELPS BUILD AWARENESS OF EXECUTIVE ALLIANCE'S GOALS AND EFFORTS TO MOVE THE NEEDLE FORWARD AND PLACE MORE WOMEN ON CORPORATE BOARDS AND WITHIN C-SUITES. THIS EVENT WAS NOT HELD DURING THE CURRENT YEAR DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS.
WOMEN ON CORPORATE BOARDS WOMEN ON CORPORATE BOARDS MEASURES THE REPRESENTATION OF WOMEN IN THE BOARDROOMS OF PUBLIC COMPANIES BASED IN MARYLAND AND PREPARES A CENSUS ANNUALLY THAT IS MADE AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC.
MENTORING AS PART OF EXECUTIVE ALLIANCE'S MISSION TO ADVANCE WOMEN IN THEIR PROFESSIONS, THE ORGANIZATION HAS ESTABLISHED AND IMPLEMENTS ANNUALLY A MENTORING PROGRAM THAT PROVIDES INDIVIDUAL GUIDANCE AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLS TO HELP MID-LEVEL WOMEN ACHIEVE THEIR CAREER GOALS. SINCE ITS LAUNCH 20 YEARS AGO, ALMOST 200 WOMEN HAVE PARTICIPATED IN THE PROGRAM.
