MEDICATION ASSISTED TREATMENT (MAT 398 AND MAT 149) - TO PROVIDE SUPPORT IN ADDRESSING THE OPIOID CRISIS THROUGH PREVENTION, EDUCATION, STIGMA REDUCTION, TREATMENT AND RECOVERY SERVICES FOR PEOPLE WITH OPIOID AND OTHER SUBSTANCE USE DISORDERS, AND INCREASE ACCESS TO MEDICATION ASSISTED TREATMENT SERVICES.


TOBACCO CONTROL SERVICES - TO DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT HEALTH EDUCATION AND PREVENTION POLICIES TO PREVENT AND REDUCE SECONDHAND SMOKE IN OUTDOOR AREAS.


HATE CRIMES SUPPORT (CDSS) - TO PROVIDE SUPPORT AND SERVICES TO VICTIMS AND SURVIVORS OF HATE CRIMES AND FACILITATE HATE CRIME PREVENTION MEASURES, INCLUDING BYSTANDER TRAINING AND OTHER DE-ESCALATION TECHNIQUES, AS WELL AS INTERVENTION SERVICES TO STRENGTHEN INDIVIDUAL AND COMMUNITY RESPONSES TO HATE CRIMES THROUGH OUTREACH AND EDUCATIONAL TRAINING.
