MENTORED RESEARCH TRAINING GRANT PROGRAM OFFERS TWO-YEAR $250,000 GRANTS FOR ANESTHESIA FACULTY MEMBERS WHO HAVE COMPLETED THEIR CORE ANESTHESIOLOGY RESIDENCIES WITHIN THE PAST TEN YEARS. THE GRANT PROGRAM COVERS HEALTH SERVICES RESEARCH, CLINICAL OR TRANSLATIONAL TRAINING GRANTS AND BASIC SCIENCE.


THE RESEARCH IN EDUCATION GRANT PROGRAM (REG) OFFERS TWO-YEAR $100,000 GRANTS FOR FACULTY MEMBERS OF ANY RANK. THE PROGRAM IS FOCUSED ON DEVELOPING INNOVATIVE TECHNIQUES FOR ANESTHESIA EDUCATION. THE GRANT ADVANCES THE CAREERS AND KNOWLEDGE OF ANESTHESIOLOGISTS INTERESTED IN IMPROVING THE CONCEPTS, METHODS, AND TECHNIQUES OF EDUCATION IN ANESTHESIOLOGY.


THE MEDICAL STUDENT ANESTHESIA RESEARCH FELLOWSHIP SUMMER VIRTUAL PROGRAM PROVIDES MEDICAL STUDENTS WITH AN 8-WEEK VIRTUAL SERIES OF ONLINE ANESTHESIA RESEARCH CONTENT. THE SERIES INCLUDES PANEL PRESENTATIONS, JOURNAL CLUBS ON RECENT LITERATURE, AND THE OPPORTUNITY TO CONNECT WITH A MENTOR AND OTHER STUDENTS IN SMALL GROUPS.
