RESIDENTIAL HOMES - PROVIDE RESIDENTIAL HOUSING AND CARE FOR MENTALLY ILL. SERVICES INCORPORATE QUALITY LIVING ARRANGEMENTS WITH SUPERVISION FROM COUNSELORS ACCORDING TO THE RESIDENT'S NEED FOR SUPPORT AND DIRECTION.
DAY REHABILITATION - ACTIVITY CENTER TO PROVIDE DAILY ACTIVITIES AND INTERACTION WITH OTHER CONSUMERS. SERVICES EMPOWER INDIVIDUALS WITH SKILLS AND EMOTIONAL SUPPORT TO REMAIN IN THEIR COMMUNITY. THE ABILITY TO BELONG, MAKE CHOICES AND DECISIONS THROUGH PROBLEM-SOLVING ARE THE ANTICIPATED OUTCOMES OF GROUP AND UNIT PARTICIPATION. INDIVIDUALS ARE INVOLVED IN A VARIETY OF ACTIVITIES BASED ON THEIR NEEDS AND GOALS.
WELLNESS AND RECOVERY COMMUNITY CENTER - PROVIDE A PLACE FOR THOSE DIAGNOSED WITH MENTAL ILLNESS/SUBSTANCE USE DISORDERS TO SHARE AND LEARN FROM THEIR PEERS. OUR PLACE IS OPEN A MINIMUM OF 4 DAYS A WEEK. THERE IS NO REQUIREMENT FOR ATTENDANCE, OTHER THAN AGE OF 18 OR OLDER, DIAGNOSIS OF A MENTAL ILLNESS/SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER, AND A STRONG DESIRE TO LEARN AND SHARE WITH PEERS.
