HSC HOME CARE, LLC, (HSCHC) A DISREGARDED ENTITY OF THE ORGANIZATION, OFFERS SKILLED NURSING SERVICES, HOME HEALTH AIDE AND PERSONAL CARE AID SERVICES, RESPITE CARE, REHABILITATIVE THERAPIES, LICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKERS, WELL MOM AND BABY VISITS, INTERMITTENT INTRAVENOUS SERVICES, AND EDUCATION FOR PATIENT, PATIENT FAMILY, AND CAREGIVER. DURING THE YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2021 HSC HOME CARE PROVIDED HOME VISITS TO PRIMARILY MEDICAID PEDIATRIC PATIENTS IN THE DC METROPOLITAN AREA. THERE WERE 22,850 SKILLED NURSING VISITS AND 6,098 HOME HEALTH AIDE VISITS. HSC HOME CARE ALSO HAD 1,154 OT, PT, SPEECH THERAPY AND SOCIAL WORK VISITS.
