PROVIDE WORK BASED TRAINING AND FOLLOW-UP ACTIVITIES FOR TEMPORARY CASH ASSISTANCE CUSTOMERS OF THE HARFORD COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES.
MARYLAND EMPLOYMENT ADVANCEMENT RIGHT NOW PROGRAM (EARN MARYLAND PROGRAM) CREATES INDUSTRY LED PARTNERSHIPS TO ADVANCE THE SKILLS OF THE STATE'S WORKFORCE, GROW THE STATE'S ECONOMY AND INCREASE SUSTAINABLE EMPLOYMENT FOR WORKING FAMILIES.
