PROVIDE WORK BASED TRAINING AND FOLLOW-UP ACTIVITIES FOR TEMPORARY CASH ASSISTANCE CUSTOMERS OF THE HARFORD COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES.
