THESE PROPERTIES OFFER APPROXIMATELY 1,962 HOUSING UNITS THAT ARE CLASSIFIED AS "AFFORDABLE" THROUGH VARIOUS PROGRAMS SPONSORED BY HUD AND VHDA. THESE PROPERTIES ARE OPEN TO ANY AND ALL PEOPLE WHO QUALIFY UNDER THE APPLICABLE AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROGRAMS.
