SHARE STRENGTHENS SOLIDARITY WITH AND AMONG THE SALVADORAN PEOPLE IN EL SALVADOR AND THE U.S. IN THE STRUGGLE FOR ECONOMIC SUSTAINABILITY, JUSTICE, AND HUMAN AND CIVIL RIGHTS. AS AN ORGANIZATION OF INTERNATIONAL SOLIDARITY, SHARE WORKS IN PARTNERSHIP WITH COMMUNITIES AND LOCAL GRASSROOTS ORGANIZATIONS TO IMPLEMENT OUR PROJECTS. ALL OF OUR PROGRAMS ARE GUIDED BY THE FOLLOWING VALUES: WOMEN'S EMPOWERMENT, LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, CITIZEN PARTICIPATION, AND ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY.

SHARE FOUNDATION DELEGATES FROM THE US CONTINUED TO ACCOMPANY COMMUNITIES IN EL SALVADOR AND HONDURAS IN ORDER TO STRENGHTEN PEOPLE TO PEOPLE SOLIDARITY.


SHARE COMPLETED THE WATER PROJECT, WHICH SERVES LOW INCOME FAMILIES IN CHALATENANGO. IT ALSO REACHED ITS GOAL OF PLANTING OVER 60,000 FRUIT TRUEES TO SUPPORT RURAL FAMILIES WITH FRESH FRUIT, AND TO SUPPORT THE ENVIRONMENT.


TO SUPPORT STUDENTS WHO WANT TO CONTINUE WITH THEIR HIGH SCHOOL AND UNIVERSITY STUDIES, SHARE CONTINUED TO ADVANCE CONSTRUCTION FOR THE UNIVERSITY RESIDENCE PROJECT IN SAN SALVADOR. IT WILL BENEFIT 17 RURAL STUDENTS WHO WILL MOVE TO THE CITY OF SAN SALVADOR.
