SEE SCHEDULE OSOLUTIONS:OUR SOLUTIONS DIVISION DELIVERS PROGRAMMATIC, POLICY, ADVISORY AND CAPACITY-BUILDING AT THE NATIONAL, STATE AND LOCAL LEVELS, WORKING IN URBAN, RURAL AND SUBURBAN COMMUNITIES ACROSS THE COUNTRY IN COLLABORATION WITH THOUSANDS OF PARTNERS IN THE NONPROFIT, PUBLIC AND FOR-PROFIT SECTORS. WE HAVE OFFICES AND DEDICATED STAFF IN THESE MARKETS: CHICAGO, DENVER, DETROIT, GULF COAST, MID-ATLANTIC, NEW YORK, NORTHERN CALIFORNIA, OHIO, PACIFIC NORTHWEST, SOUTHEAST, AND SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA. WE ALSO SUPPORT AFFORDABLE AND CULTURALLY APPROPRIATE HOUSING ON TRIBAL LANDS AND IN RURAL AREAS. ALL OUR EFFORTS ARE UNDERGIRDED BY OUR STRATEGIC GOALS TO INCREASE HOUSING SUPPLY, ADVANCE RACIAL EQUITY AND BUILD RESILIENCE AND UPWARD MOBILITY. IN 2023, THE FOCUS OF OUR PROGRAMMATIC WORK WAS ON FOUR CORE EFFORTS: 1) BUILDING RESILIENT FUTURES - EXPANDING CLIMATE RESILIENCE AND DISASTER RECOVERY WORK THROUGH INDUSTRY RESOURCES, GRANTS TO PARTNERS AND POLICY; 2) PRESERVATION NEXT - PRESERVING HOUSING AFFORDABILITY AND PROTECT RESIDENTS FROM DISPLACEMENT THROUGH TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE POLICY AND CAPITAL 3) FAITH BASED DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE - HELPING HOUSES OF WORSHIP TURN THEIR UNDERUTILIZED LAND INTO AFFORDABLE HOMES AND COMMUNITY BENEFIT STRUCTURES; AND 4) UPWARD MOBILITY - IMPLEMENTING COMMUNITY DESIGNED STRATEGIES THAT SUPPORT PROGRAMS THAT ADVANCE UPWARD MOBILITY.

THROUGH IDENTIFYING AND CHANNELING CAPITAL TO QUALIFIED PARTNERS, WE BRING NATIONAL DOLLARS TO LOCAL COMMUNITIES. IN 2023, ENTERPRISE AWARDED $34.2 MILLION IN GRANTS TO 367 AFFORDABLE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATIONS. THIS INCLUDED $5.4 MILLION AWARDED TO COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS IN MICHIGAN AND MARYLAND WORKING WITH AGING POPULATIONS TO PROVIDE TRANSPORATION TO HEALTHCARE, PROGRAMS TO PREVENT ISOLATION AND OTHER RESIDENT SERVICES. APPROXIMATELY $840,000 WAS AWARDED TO ORGANIZATIONS TO SCALE INNOVATIVE HOUSING SOLUTIONS THROUGH THE NATIONAL HOUSING AFFORDABILITY BREAKTHROUGH CHALLENGE. WE ALSO AWARDED $149,000 IN EMERGENCY HOUSING VOUCHERS TO NEW YORK HOUSING GROUPS TO PROVIDE RENTAL ASSISTANCE AS WELL AS FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR UTILITY COSTS. THROUGH OUR OTHER CAPACITY BUILDING, EQUITABLE PATH FORWARD AND INNOVATION PROGRAMS, WE AWARDED $28.6 MILLION TO COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS.
