RESIDENTS BY PROVIDING FREE LEGAL AND SOCIAL WORK SERVICE TO EMPOWER, DEFEND AND PROTECT VULNERABLE SENIORS. LCE ACCOMPLISHES ITS MISSION BY PRESERVING AND PROMOTING ECONOMIC AND HEALTHCARE SECURITY, SUPPORTING AND ADVOCATING ON BEHALF OF TENANTS, PREVENTING OR DEFENDING AGAINST CONSUMER FRAUD AND FINANCIAL ABUSE PARTICULARLY FOR HOMEOWNERS, AND ENSURING THAT RESIDENTS IN LONG-TERM CARE FACILITIES ARE TAKEN CARE OF PROPERLY.
