LEGAL AID JUSTICE CENTER SERVES THE METROPOLITAN AREAS OF CHARLOTTESVILLE, RICHMOND, PETERSBURG, AND NORTHERN VIRGINIA. OUR SIX PROGRAMS, CIVIL RIGHTS AND RACIAL JUSTICE, HOUSING & CONSUMER JUSTICE, HEALTH & PUBLIC BENEFITS, YOUTH JUSTICE, AND IMMIGRANT JUSTICE CONTINUE TO PUSH FORWARD OUR GOAL TO ACHIEVE RACIAL, SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC JUSTICE BY PARTNERING WITH COMMUNITIES AND CLIENTS TO DISMANTLE SYSTEMS THAT CREATE AND PERPETUATE POVERTY. EACH PROGRAM COMBINES INDIVIDUAL LEGAL SERVICES, IMPACT LITIGATION, POLICY ADVOCACY, ORGANIZING, AND COMMUNICATIONS TO ACHIEVE REAL REFORMS FOR COMMUNITIES IN VIRGINIA.
