PROGRAM SERVICE EXPENSES RELATED TO CULTURAL AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES THAT ARE HELD AT THE COMMUNITY CENTER AND ALSO TO THE PRESERVATION OF THE HISTORIC BUILDING AND GROUNDS.
