PUBLISHES "GLADE STAR" 4 TIMES PER YEAR WHICH IS MAILED FREE OF CHARGE TO APPROXIMATELY 564 MEMBERS
MAINTAINS AND OPERATES THE GARRETT COUNTY HISTORICAL MUSEUM. IN 2022 OVER 11,980 PEOPLE TOURED THE MUSEUM INCLUDING VARIOUS SCHOOL GROUPS - WHICH WAS MUCH MORE LIKE NORMAL THAN PREVIOUS YEARS DUE TO THE PANDEMIC.
SPECIAL TOURS WERE HELD IN PRIOR YEARS FOR TEACHERS FROM MARYLAND COUNTIES AND FOREST RANGERS FROM ALL OVER THE STATE OF MARYLAND
