PROVIDE ON-SITE SOCIAL WORK ASSISTANCE TO HELP THE RESIDENTS ACCLIMATE TO THEIR NEW HOME, AS WELL AS ASSISTANCE IN ACCESSING COMMUNITY SERVICES SUCH AS FOOD STAMP PROGRAMS AND RENTAL PAYMENT ASSISTANCE. PROVIDE A SUPPORTIVE ENVIRONMENT TO MAINTAIN INDEPENDENCE, INCLUDING REHABILITATION SERVICES, CULTURAL AND SOCIAL PROGRAMS, AND TRANSPORTATION TO GROCERY STORES, CULTURAL EVENTS AND SHOPPING CENTERS. 24 HOUR SECURITY IS ALSO PROVIDED.
