THE HICKMAN IS A SENIOR LIVING COMMUNITY LOCATED IN THE HEART OF WEST CHESTER, PENNSYLVANIA. GUIDED BY QUAKER PRINCIPLES AND TRADITION, THE HICKMAN PROVIDES INDIVIDUALIZED CARE AND ASSISTANCE TO OLDER ADULTS WHO SEEK A SAFE AND AFFORDABLE LIVING ENVIRONMENT.

TO PROVIDE A SUPPORTIVE ENVIRONMENT FOR OLDER ADULTS WHO EITHER CHOOSE OR NEED TO LIVE IN A COMMUNITY. BASIC CARE FOR EACH RESIDENT INCLUDES THREE MEALS PER DAY, HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES AND SCHEDULED ACTIVITIES. AMONG THESE ARE DAILY EXERCISE CLASSES, WELLNESS PRESENTATIONS, LIVE MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT, SHOPPING TRIPS AND PLEASURE EXCURSIONS, MEMORY ENHANCING GAMES AND ART CLASSES. THE AFFORDABLE MONTHLY RATES SUPPORT OUR MISSION OF INCLUSION OF LOW-INCOME HOUSING. ADDITIONAL PERSONAL CARE SERVICES SUCH AS ASSISTANCE WITH MEDICATION MANAGEMENT AND ACTIVITIES OF DAILY LIVING, SCHEDULING MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS AND TRANSPORTATION ASSISTANCE ARE PROVIDED AT FIVE LEVELS WITH INCREMENTAL FEE ADJUSTMENTS AS RESIDENTS AGE IN PLACE.
