HOLY FAMILY SENIOR LIVING ("HSFL") OFFERS A RANGE OF ELDER CARE SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED LOCATED PRIMARILY IN LEHIGH, SCHUYLKILL, BERKS, CARBON, AND NORTHAMPTON COUNTIES OF PENNSYLVANIA. HOLY FAMILY MANOR (A DIVISION OF HSFL) PROVIDED SKILLED NURSING CARE TO AN AVERAGE OF 140 RESIDENTS FOR THE 12 MONTHS ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2021. APPROXIMATELY 75% OF THE RESIDENTS WERE LOW-INCOME AND WERE SUBSIDIZED BY PA MEDICAL ASSISTANCE.HOLY FAMILY RESIDENTIAL SERVICES (A DIVISION OF HSFL) PROVIDED PERSONAL CARE SERVICES TO AN AVERAGE OF 20 RESIDENTS DURING THE 12 MONTHS ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2021.CATHOLIC SENIOR HOUSING AND DEVELOPMENT PROVIDED MANAGEMENT AND ACCOUNTING SERVICES TO EIGHT RELATED, NON-PROFIT, LOW-INCOME, INDEPENDENT LIVING PROJECTS HOUSING 280 ELDERLY RESIDENTS
