BEVERWYCK, OPERATING SINCE 1993, IS A SENIOR LIVING COMMUNITY LOCATED IN SLINGERLANDS, NEW YORK, JUST OUTSIDE OF ALBANY. THE COMMUNITY OFFERS INDEPENDENT LIVING IN 170 APARTMENTS AND 29 COTTAGES, ASSISTED LIVING IN 41 ENRICHED HOUSING UNITS AS WELL AS TWO 12-UNIT SKILLED NURSING RESIDENCES. THE RETIREMENT COMMUNITY SERVES RESIDENTS 55 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER, AND PROVIDES SECURITY, MAINTENANCE, DINING, ACTIVITIES, TRANSPORTATION, AND AMENITIES TO ALLOW RESIDENTS TO STAY INDEPENDENT AS LONG AS POSSIBLE. THE ASSISTED LIVING UNITS PROVIDE ASSISTANCE WITH THE ACTIVITIES OF DAILY LIVING, AS WELL AS HEALTH RELATED SERVICES TO THEIR RESIDENTS.
