REGULATORY AFFAIRS: HANDLES THE FORMATION OF NGSA'S REGULATORY POSITIONS AND THE COMMUNICATION OF THOSE POSITIONS TO THE FEDERAL ENERGY REGULATORY COMMISSION (FERC).
