CERTIFICATION: THE ALLIANCE DEVELOPS AND ADMINISTERS EXAMS THAT TEST WHETHER A PROFESSIONAL HAS THE SKILLS AND TRAINING NEEDED TO MANAGE AND MAINTAIN THE COMPLEXITIES OF BUILDING, INSTALLING, MAINTAINING, OR SERVICING POOLS, SPAS, OR HOT TUBS, AND ISSUES CERTIFICATIONS TO PROFESSIONALS WHO HAVE PASSED THE EXAMS AND COMMITTED TO ONGOING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND RECERTIFICATION.
