THE HOUSING ALLIANCE OF DELAWARE, INC., FORMALLY HOMELESS PLANNING COUNCIL OF DELAWARE, INC. THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2016, IS AN INDEPENDENT STATEWIDE NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT WORKS TO STRENGTHEN THE SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE HOMELESS. THROUGH COLLABORATION WITH STAKEHOLDERS, DATA COLLECTION, AND COORDINATION OF FUNDING, THE ORGANIZATION STRIVES TO CREATE A SHARED VISION TO REMEDY HOMELESSNESS IN DELAWARE.
