EDUCATIONAL SCHOOLS ARE RUN FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE MEMBERS. THESE SCHOOLS WERE HELD IN THE AREAS OF CLAIM CONTROL, AGENTS, OFFICE PERSONNEL, DIRECTORS, ADJUSTERS, INSPECTORS, AND MANAGEMENT.
MEMBERSHIP DUES ARE PAID BY THE MEMBERS. THESE DUES ARE USED TO PROVIDE A MEANS FOR THE ASSOCIATION TO AID IN THE DEVELOPMENT AND SUCCESS OF ITS MEMBER COMPANIES THROUGH EDUCATION, REPRESENTATION WITH REGULATORS, INDUSTRY INFORMATION, CONSULTATION, AND TO MAKE POSSIBLE A FORUM FOR THE EXCHANGE OF IDEAS AND COOPERATION WITH OTHER COMPANIES.
MAMIC HAS BEEN DESIGNATED TO REPRESENT THE MEMBER COMPANIES IN A "GROUP" AFFILIATION WITH THE AMERICAN ASSOCIATION OF INSURANCE SERVICES (AAIS) TO SERVE AS A CONDUIT THROUGH WHICH THE MEMBER COMPANIES MAY ACCESS POLICY FORMS DEVELOPED BY AAIS THUS ALLOWING THESE SMALL COMPANIES TO PURCHASE FORMS AT COST UNDER THIS GROUP ARRANGEMENT.
