SERVICE OFFERINGS ARE PROVIDED IN THE PATIENT'S HOME, NURSING HOMES AND HOSPICE'S OWN INPATIENT UNIT; SERVICES INCLUDE NURSING, SOCIAL WORK, HOME HEALTH AIDE, SPIRITUAL CARE AND BEREAVEMENT PRIMARILY FUNDED THROUGH MEDICARE. ADDITIONAL VALUE ADDED SERVICES, WHICH ARE FUNDED BY THE HOSPICE FOUNDATION OF WNY, INC., INCLUDE MUSIC, ART AND MASSAGE THERAPY AND PHYSICIAN COMPLIMENT, WHICH COVERS THE PHARMACY AND DME, SUPPLIES COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE TERMINAL DIAGNOSIS.
