THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES QUALITY, COMPASSIONATE HEALTH CARE TO PATIENTS FACING THE ADVANCED STAGES OF LIFE-THREATENING AND LIFE-LIMITING ILLNESSES. OCH PROVIDES A COMPREHENSIVE RANGE OF MEDICAL AND PSYCHOSOCIAL SERVICES. OCH IS DEDICATED TO ENSURING ALL PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES ARE AT PEACE, TREATED WITH RESPECT AND DIGNITY AND THAT COMFORT IS MAINTAINED AT ALL TIMES. OCH IS ALSO COMMITTED TO SUPPORTING FAMILIES AFTER THEIR LOSS THROUGH BEREAVEMENT OUTREACH AND ORGANIZED PROGRAM OFFERINGS.OLD COLONY HOSPICE ALSO OFFERS A COMPREHENSIVE PALLIATIVE CARE PROGRAM DESIGNED TO PROVIDE CONSULTATION SERVICES TO PHYSICIANS AND HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS TO MANAGE PAIN AND OTHER TROUBLING SYMPTOMS OF PATIENTS WITH COMPLEX MEDICAL CONDITIONS.
