HOSPICE CARE-FOCUSED ON PATIENT COMFORT IN AN ENVIRONMENT THAT AFFIRMS LIFE AND DIGNITY. INCLUDING A NETWORK OF PROFESSIONAL CAREGIVERS WORKING IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PATIENT'S PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN. THE MULTIDISCIPLINARY APPROACH ENSURES THE DELIVERY OF HIGH QUALITY PHYSICAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL AND SPIRITUAL CARE THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS. HOSPICE SERVED A TOTAL OF 4,261 PATIENTS IN 2021 AND OUR DAILY CENSUS WAS 425.
