OF THIS TOTAL, 115 PEOPLE WERE SERVED THROUGH HOMEOWNERSHIP SERVICES, 448 PEOPLE WERE SERVED THROUGH HOMEBUYER EDUCATION COURSES AND 231 PEOPLE WERE SERVED THROUGH HOUSING COUNSELING AND FINANCIAL HOUSING COUNSELING. BEYOND HOUSING RECEIVES GRANTS FROM GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES FOR THE PURPOSE OF ISSUING AND MANAGING FORGIVABLE AND LOW-INTEREST HOUSING REHAB. LOANS TO HIGH CREDIT RISK INDIVIDUALS IN DESIGNATED AREAS.
