DURING 2023 TTH MANAGED 136 AFFORDABLE RENTAL UNITS. TTH STEWARDED REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS, MAKING 6 FAMILIES HOMEOWNERS AND ADDED 5 NEW HOMES INTO THE TRUST FOR A TOTAL OF 104 PERMANENTLY AFFORDABLE HOMEOWNERSHIP UNITS.
