IN 2023, HOPEBUILDERS PROVIDED 306 PROJECTS FOR 125 CLIENTS, IMPACTING 204 LIVES. THE PROJECTS INCLUDED 163 ACCESSIBILITY MODIFICATIONS, INCLUDING RAMPS, GRAB BARS, AND HANDRAILS, 7 MAJOR BATHROOM REMODELS, AND 136 HOME REPAIR PROJECTS, INCLUDING WINDOW AND DOOR REPAIR/REPLACEMENT, SIDING REPAIR/REPLACEMENT, HVAC REPAIR/REPLACEMENT, INSULATION INSTALLATION, PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL REPAIRS, PAINTING, AND A WIDE VARIETY OF CARPENTRY PROJECTS. THESE REPAIRS ENSURE THAT THE HOMES ARE SAFE, ACCESSIBLE, AND HEALTHY AND ALLOW THE HOMEOWNERS TO AGE IN PLACE OR REMAIN IN THE HOME OF THEIR CHOOSING.
