Residents transportation and cost are the 2 biggest barriers to health care; taking more than 1.5 hours and three buses to get to Alachua County Health Dept's main site, the sole place that 23% of residents obtained care. 18% of residents were receiving care only through the ER and 13% received no health care at all.
