MEDLINK GEORGIA IS A FEDERALLY QUALIFIED COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER INNORTH EAST GEORGIA THAT SERVES OVER 51,650 PATIENTS. MEDLINK NOT ONLYTREATS ILLNESS, BUT ALSO PROVIDES PREVENTIVE SERVICES TO KEEP PATIENTSWELL. MEDLINK IS A NCQA RECOGNIZED PATIENT CENTER MEDICAL HOME THATIS FOCUSED ON IMPROVING THE HEALTH OF OUR PATIENTS. THROUGH OURPOPULATION HEALTH MANAGEMENT, MEDLINK IS DEDICATED TO PREVENTION ANDDETECTING ILLNESS EARLY TO MINIMIZE THE EFFECT ON THE LIVES OFPATIENTS, IN ORDER TO MAXIMIZE OUR PATIENTS' ABILITY TO LIVE HEALTHIERLIVES. WE COORDINATE WITH OTHER LOCAL HEALTH CARE AND SOCIAL SERVICE PROVIDERS - BOTH PUBLIC AND PRIVATE - TO SERVE THE NEEDS OF EACH INDIVIDUAL AND ADDRESS BROAD COMMUNITY ISSUES. OUR GOAL IS TO ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF LIFE IN OUR COMMUNITIES BY PROVIDING ACCESSIBLE, AFFORDABLE PRIMARY HEALTHCARE AND RELATED SERVICES EFFECTIVELY, EFFICIENTLY, AND RESPONSIBLY. OUR PHYSICIANS' SPECIALTIES RANGE FROM FAMILY PRACTICE, INTERNAL MEDICINE, PEDIATRICS, AND MORE.
