MEDLINK NOT ONLYTREATS ILLNESS, BUT ALSO PROVIDES PREVENTIVE SERVICES TO KEEP PATIENTSWELL. MEDLINK IS A NCQA RECOGNIZED PATIENT CENTER MEDICAL HOME THATIS FOCUSED ON IMPROVING THE HEALTH OF OUR PATIENTS. THROUGH OURPOPULATION HEALTH MANAGEMENT, MEDLINK IS DEDICATED TO PREVENTION ANDDETECTING ILLNESS EARLY TO MINIMIZE THE EFFECT ON THE LIVES OFPATIENTS, IN ORDER TO MAXIMIZE OUR PATIENTS' ABILITY TO LIVE HEALTHIERLIVES.
