ENCOURAGE, RECOGNIZE, AND REWARD POSITIVE ACHIEVEMENTS OF HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS THROUGH A SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM AVAILABLE TO STUDENTS WHOSE PRIMARY RESIDENCE IS HYANNIS, REGARDLESS OF THEIR HIGH SCHOOL AFFILIATION.
