BUFFALO CIVIC AUTO RAMPS, INC. IS AN AGENT OF THE CITY OF BUFFALO AND HAS A MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY TO MANAGE CERTAIN PARKING RAMPS AND LOTS OWNED BY THE CITY OF BUFFALO. BCAR'S MISSION IS TO PROVIDE SAFE, LOW COST, AND AMPLE PARKING TO DOWNTOWN CUSTOMERS AND WORKERS.
