TO PROMOTE COLLABORATION AMONG OSWEGO COUNTY COMMUNITY MEMBERS, HEALTHAND HUMAN SERVICES AGENCIES, BUSINESSES, FAITH GROUPS, YOUTH, ANDFAMILIES AS A MEANS FOR IMPROVING QUALITY OF LIFE, AND ENSURINGCOMMUNITY AND AGENCY FINANCIAL VIABILITY AND STABILITY. ICP PROMOTESCOLLABORATION BY IDENTIFYING THOSE COMMUNITY NEEDS THAT CANNOT BE METBY ONE SEGMENT OF THE COMMUNITY ALONE, AND BY RALLYING AGENCIES ANDINDIVIDUALS WITH SIMILAR GOALS TO ADDRESS THOSE NEEDS. ICP RECEIVES A MULTITUDE OF GRANTS, EXPENSE REIMBURSED AND MILESTONE BASED, DURING THE OPERATING YEAR IN ORDER TO SUPPORT THE PROGRAMMING OF THE ORGANIZATION.
