FOOD ASSISTANCE FOR THE NEEDY - ASSISTED THE EAST MOUNTAIN FOOD PANTRY IN FEEDING MORE THAN 3,000 PEOPLE. $580 DISASTER ASSISTANCE - ASSISTED PERSONS IN THE COMMUNITIES OF LAS VEGAS & RUIDOSO, NM (WILDFIRES) AND MAYFIELD, TEXAS (TORNADOS). $600 YOUTH DEVELOPMENT - LIONS INTERNATIONAL PEACE POSTER CONTEST - THIRTY-FIVE LOCAL STUDENTS PARTICIPATED. ONE OF WHICH WAS ONE OF TWENTY-THREE SUB-WINNERS INTERNATIONALLY. $403 OTHER GRANTS INCLUDE SMALL INVOLVEMENTS, LCIF CONTRIBUTIONS, EYECARE, AND CHAMBER OF COMMERCE INVOLVEMENT.
