HOSPICE SERVICES PROVIDE A COMPREHENSIVE AND COORDINATED PROGRAM OF SERVICES TO THE TERMINALLY ILL PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES IN THEIR HOMES, NURSING HOMES AND THE HOSPICE HOUSE. PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL, PSYCHOSOCIAL AND SPIRITUAL CARE IS AVAILABLE FROM AN INTERDISCIPLINARY TEAM UNDER THE DIRECTION OF THE PHYSICIAN.
HOMECARE SERVICES HELPS TO ACHIEVE PHYSICAL AND EMOTIONAL HEALING AND REHABILITATION IN THE PATIENTS' OWN HOME. SERVICES PROVIDED INCLUDE SKILLED NURSING, PHYSICAL THERAPY, SPEECH PATHOLOGY AND CONTINUING OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY.
NON-MEDICARE LICENSED PRIVATE DUTY-NURSING SERVICES, HOME HEALTH AIDE SERVICES AND HOMEMAKING SERVICES ESTABLISHED UNDER AN INDIVIDUALIZED PLAN OF CARE TO ENABLE PERSONS TO SAFELY REMAIN IN THEIR HOME.
