THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED BY CONDUCTING TRAINING AND PROVIDING TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE.


COST OF LIVING INDEX - HAS BEEN PUBLISHED BY C2ER SINCE 1968 AND HAS BEEN THE MOST CONSISTENT SOURCE OF CITY-TO-CITY COST COMPARISONS AVAILABLE. PUBLISHED QUARTERLY, USING OVER 60 GOODS AND SERVICES COLLECTED AT THE LOCAL LEVEL FROM OVER 300 INDEPENDENT RESEARCHERS, COST OF LIVING INDEX DATA IS AVAILABLE AT THE METROPOLITAN STATISTICAL AREA (MSA) LEVEL AND AT THE COUNTRY LEVEL.
