WORKING IN CONJUNCTION WITH PROVIDERS AND DEVELOPERS, WE HAVE CREATED SUSTAINABLE SMALL-HOUSE NURSING CAMPUSES THAT OFFER A NON-INSTITUTIONAL SETTING FOR PEOPLE WHO REQUIRE CARE TYPICALLY PROVIDED IN NURSING HOMES. WE PROVIDED ONGOING SUPPORT TO OPERATORS AND CAREGIVERS THROUGH EDUCATION AND TRAINING, WHILE ALSO ADVOCATING FOR OTHER HOME- AND COMMUNITY-BASED CARE OPTIONS FOR ELDERS ACROSS THE COUNTRY.
