THE ENTITY ENDEAVORS TO CREATE A COMMUNITY WHERE ALL ANIMALS, PARTICULARLY CATS AND DOGS, ARE CARED FOR RESPONSIBLY, WITHOUT REGARD TO THE OWNERS' FINANCIAL ABILITY.THE MAIN PROGRAM IS TO SPAY CATS AND DOGS IN COACHELLA VALLEY.
