THEY START WITH A 12-WEEK JOB TRAINING PROGRAM THAT BUILDS ON A FULLY IMMERSIVE LEARNING MODEL, HANDS-ON DOING, MAKING, CREATING, THAT GIVES THE PARTICIPANTS THE LIFE SKILLS THEY NEED TO DEVELOP A WORK ETHIC, PUTS THEM IN THE MIX WITH INDUSTRY PROFESSIONALS AND MENTORS, AND TEACHES NETWORKING SKILLS.THE HANDS-ON, PRACTICAL FOCUS SPARKS ENTHUSIASM AND ENGAGEMENT, AND ALTHOUGH WE'LL TEACH OUR STUDENTS ABOUT EVERY FACET OF THE FILM BUSINESS.
