COASTAL BEND DISASTER RECOVERY GROUP IS AN ESTABLISHED NETWORK OF BUSINESSES, NON-PROFIT, FAITH-BASED AND GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATIONS PARTNERING TO SUPPORT LONG TERM DISASTER RECOVERY EFFORTS IN THE 11 COUNTIES OF THE COASTAL BEND.

Part 3 - Line 4a

PROVIDING LONG TERM RECOVERY ASSISTANCE USING DONATIONS FROM PUBLIC, FOUNDATIONS AND GOVERNMENTAL UNITS. WE CURRENTLY FOCUS ON THE ELEVEN SURROUNDING COUNTIES IN THE COASTAL BEND AREA AND WORK COLLABORATIVELY WITH THE COMMUNITIES TO FILL THE GAP BETWEEN GOVERNMENT ASSISTANCE AND CLIENT SELF-SUFFICIENCY TO RECOVER. WE ESTABLISH A FAIR AND ACCURATE MECHANISM TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE THROUGH CLIENT CASE MANAGEMENT AND TRY TO RAISE AWARENESS OF THE IMPACT OF THE DISASTER THE YEAR ENDING 12-31-2023 WAS A WIND DOWN YEAR FOR THE PROJECTS STARTED IN 2017. THERE WERE NO MAJOR DISASTERS IN THIS YEAR.


CONTINUE TO HELP THOSE PERSONS WITHIN OUR 11 COUNTY REGION WHO ARE STILL IN RECOVERY AND ARE IN NEED OF HELP.
