YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD CONNECTION IS A COLLABORATIVE VENTURE AMONG SEVERAL WELL RESPECTED SENIOR LIVING COMMUNITIES IN LANCASTER COUNTY: LUTHERCARE, MORAVIAN MANOR AND PLEASANT VIEW COMMUNITIES. (PLEASE NOTE THAT PLEASANT VIEW COMMUNITIES EXITED THE COLLABORATION IN SEPTEMBER 2023.) WITH MORE THAN 100 YEARS OF COLLECTIVE EXPERIENCE SERVING OLDER ADULTS WITH SUPERIOR QUALITY CARE, YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD CONNECTION IS A RELIABLE SOURCE FOR IN-HOME CARE SERVICES. IN ADDITION TO OUR SENIOR LIVING COMMUNITY RESIDENTS OF THE COLLABORATIVE ORGANIZATIONS BENEFITING FROM YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD CONNECTION'S SERVICES, WE ALSO PROVIDE SERVICES WITHIN THE GREATER COMMUNITY.
