EDUCATION DIVISION - CHILDRENS CENTER FOR TREATMENT AND EDUCATION OPERATES MULTIPLE, PRIVATELY LICENSED SCHOOL PROGRAMS DESIGNED TO PROVIDE EDUCATION FOR CHILDREN WHO HAVE BEEN UNSUCCESSFUL IN TRADITIONAL CLASSROOM SETTINGS. PROGRAMS OFFER THE OPPORTUNITY FOR ACADEMIC SUCCESS, AND ENCOURAGE STUDENTS TO VALUE EDUCATION AND LEARNING, ALL WITHIN A SAFE, STRUCTURED SETTING. STUDENTS WORK ON DEVELOPING SKILL SETS THAT WILL HELP THEM IMPROVE STUDY HABITS. TEACHERS SPEND ADDITIONAL TIME WORKING ONE-ON-ONE WITH STUDENTS AS NEEDED. EACH CLASSROOM IS STAFFED WITH AN EDUCATIONAL AIDE TO PROVIDE ACADEMIC SUPPORT. THE GOAL OF THIS PROGRAM IS TO IMPROVE ACADEMIC ACHEIVEMENT AND SUPPORT RECOVERY THROUGH OUR UNIQUE ABILITY TO PROVIDE BOTH EDUCATION AND INDIVIDUALIZED MENTAL HEALTH THERAPY.
