HORIZON VILLAGE'S FIVE (5) TREATMENT CENTERS, COMPRISED OF 193 TOTAL BEDS, PROVIDES INTENSIVE CHEMICAL DEPENDENCY SERVICES TO RESIDENTS OF ALL EIGHT (8) COUNTIES OF WESTERN NEW YORK. IT IS DESIGNATED FOR CHEMICALLY DEPENDENT ADULTS 18 AND OLDER (50 BEDS), CHEMICALLY DEPENDENT US VETERANS (25 BEDS), AND YOUNG ADULTS (AGE 18-25) (25 BEDS) WHO HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO ESTABLISH ABSTINENCE THROUGH OUTPATIENT OR TRADITIONALLY INPATIENT TREATMENTS. TERRACE HOUSE IS A 68 BED FACILITY WITH 10 BEDS DEDICATED TO MEDICALLY SUPERVISED DETOX AND 58 BEDS DEDICATED TO CRISIS STABILIZATION.

IN 2020 THE PROGRAM SERVED 354 CLIENTS WITH AN AVERAGE LENGTH OF STAY OF 3 DAYS. TERRACE HOUSE INPATIENT IS A 58 BED CRISIS STABILIZATION PROGRAM FOR RESIDENTS WHO NEED SUPPORT, COUNSELING, OBSERVATION, NURSING AND MEDICAL CARE TO ACHIEVE INITIAL STABILIZATION FROM DRUG AND/OR ALCOHOL WITHDRAWL. IN 2021 THE PROGRAM SERVED 1,074 CLIENTS WITH AN AVERAGE LENGTH OF STAY OF 16 DAYS.
