LEARNING AND ADVISORY SERVICESTHE GLOBAL LAS TEAM IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND DELIVERY OF FEE-FOR-SERVICE WORKSHOPS AND OTHER PROGRAMMING DESIGNED TO ACCELERATE PROGRESS FOR WOMEN IN THE WORKPLACE THROUGH INDIVIDUAL AWARENESS BUILDING, SHIFTING MINDSETS AND BEHAVIORS AND COMMITMENT TO ACTION PLANS. TWO FOUNDATIONAL PROGRAMS INCLUDE MARC (MEN ADVOCATING REALCHANGE) WHICH ENGAGES MEN IN CHAMPIONING WOMEN IN THE WORKPLACE AND LEI (LEAD FOR EQUITY AND INCLUSION) WHICH HELPS INDIVIDUALS LEARN HOW TO OVERCOME BIAS AND BECOME MORE INCLUSIVE LEADERS.
