THE FACILITY WAS LEASED TO OAK GLEN CHRISTIAN CONFERENCE CENTER LLC TO MANAGE AND OPERATE THE FACILITIES CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING AGREEMENT. THE ORGANIZATION CONTINUES TO EXPAND AND IMPROVE THE FACILITIES.
