MINISTER/DIRECTOR INFORMATION - ALL EXPENSES ARE CONNECTED TO BRENT AND CAROLINE RUSSELL, CO-FOUNDERS OF CROSSOVER, HAVE BEEN IN ONGOING MINISTRY TO COLLEGE STUDENTS AT THE UNIVERSITY OF OKLAHOMA.MINISTRY FOR 10 YEARS NOW. THEY MET AT CAROLINE'S HOME CHURCH INDALLAS, TX WHILE BRENT WAS ATTENDING SOUTHWESTERN THEOLOGICAL SEMINARY WHERE HE RECEIVED HIS MASTERS OF DIVINITY. MARRIED SINCE FEBRUARY2013, THEY HAVE FELT GOD'S CALL ON THEIR LIFE FOR COLLEGE MINISTRY SINCE THE BEGINNING OF BRENT'S MINISTRY DAYS. WORKING WITH COLLEGE STUDENTS EVERYDAY, THEY BELIEVE THAT IF YOU SAVE THE CAMPUS, YOU CANSAVE THE WORLD. MOVING BACK TO WHERE BRENT WAS BORN, NORMAN, OK TO WORK ON THEIR FAVORITE CAMPUS, HAS LED THEM TO THE CREATION OFCROSSOVER. KNOWN AS CROSSOVER NORMAN, THEY ARE ECSTATIC ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY TO MINISTER ON CAMPUS TO THOUSANDS OF SOONERS. BEGINNING VERY GRASSROOTS IN COFFEE SHOPS AND LIVING ROOMS, BRENT AND CAROLINE BELIEVE THAT REVIVAL IS COMING, AND THEY FEEL HUMBLED AND BLESSED TO BE APART OF WHAT THE LORD IS DOING AT THE UNIVERSITY OF OKLAHOMA AND CAMPUSES BEYOND!CROSSOVER INFORMATION - WE ARE A MINISTRY THAT MEETS TUESDAY NIGHTS AT 9:00PM ON THE CAMPUS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF OKLAHOMA. WE BELIEVE THAT WEARE ALL BROKEN PEOPLE, WHO ARE IN NEED OF A SAVIOR, AND HIS NAME ISJESUS CHRIST. HE CAME SO THAT WE CAN HAVE LIFE AND HAVE IT MOR EABUNDANTLY. WITHOUT HIM WE CAN DO NOTHING, BUT WITH HIM WE CAN DOANYTHING. OUR GOAL FOR THIS MINISTRY IS TO WORK WITH LOCAL GOSPEL-CENTERED CHURCHES TO SPREAD THE GOOD NEWS OF JESUS CHRIST. WE COVET YOUR PRAYERS. PRAY FOR CROSSOVER, PRAY FOR THIS CAMPUS, PRAY FOROUR YOUNG PEOPLE. LOVE GOD AND LOVE OTHERS. THE LARGEST EXPENSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS A LARGE (APPROX 1000 STUDENTS ATTEND) WEEKLY WORSHIP SERVICE. THE PRODUCTION COSTS INVOLVED ARE LARGE AS WELL.
