COMPLETED DESIGN RECOMMENDATIONS THROUGH INDIGENOUS COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT AND BROADENED APPLICABILITY OF THESE RECOMMENDATIONS TO ANY PROJECTS RELATING TO THE FALLS, AND MOST PROJECTS ALONG THE LOWER WILLAMETTE RIVER.
