PRIOR TO THE PANDEMIC, THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED LOW COST LEGAL SERVICES TO MODEST MEANS CLIENTS; PROVIDED STRUCTURED EDUCATIONAL TRAINING FOR NEW LAWYERS INTERESTED IN SERVING MODEST MEANS CLIENTS AND/OR STARTING A SOLO OR SMALL FIRM PRACTICE. IN MARCH 2020, DUE TO PANDEMIC RESTRICTIONS, THE OFFICE TEMPORARILY CLOSED AND COURT PROCEEDINGS WERE SUSPENDED. NO ACTIVITY WAS RECOGNIZED FOR 2021 AND THE BOARD HAS MET AS OF THE FILING OF THIS RETURN TO PERMANENTLY CEASE OPERATIONS FOR 2022 MOVING FORWARD. CORPORATION WILL BE DISSOLVED AND REMAINING ASSETS TO BE DISTRIBUTED ACCORDING TO ORGANIZATION GOVERNING DOCUMENTS.
