SOBER LIVING PLACEMENT: THE WIN FOUNDATION ASSISTED 35 INDIVIDUALS INTO A SOBER LIVING ENVIRONMENT AS A POST TREATMENT RE-INTEGRATION OPPORTUNITY FOR THESE INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES, AND ASSISTED 46 INDIVIDUALS INTO OUT-PATIENT COUNSELING SERVICES.
